Las preguntas principales ser\u00edan estas;<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u00bfSe encuentra cerca de restaurantes, escuelas, tiendas, transporte p\u00fablico y otros servicios de la parroquia o de poblaci\u00f3n principal?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00bfSe encuentra en un destino tur\u00edstico conocido?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00bfSe encuentra cerca del centro de la poblaci\u00f3n o capital de la parroquia?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>Cuanto m\u00e1s popular y accesible sea su ubicaci\u00f3n, m\u00e1s valiosa e interesante para los inversores ser\u00e1 esta propiedad.<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><p><strong>2.- Superficie total y espacio \u00fatil<\/strong><\/p><\/h3>\n\n<p>El valor de mercado de una propiedad inmobiliaria se conforma normalmente en t\u00e9rminos de precio por metro cuadrado: el precio de venta total dividido por metro cuadrado de la propiedad.<\/p>\n\n<p>Adem\u00e1s metros cuadrados, m\u00e1s valor.
